Course Update

Bunkers
Stage two of the bunkers is just about completed with the new sand and drainage installed
throughout the greenside bunkers. We are waiting on materials for the 4th and 18th bunkers then
we plan to move onto stage three being fairway bunkers starting with 3rd and 5th.
Buggy Paths
Front 9 paths are also near completion, as weather allows the 1st and 7th paths will be stoned and
rolled. This will then enable buggies to be used from the 1st to the 9th without leaving the pathways,
allowing buggy usage for 12 months of the year. Once this is completed we intend to move onto the
back 9, joining and extending existing paths, so as to create a buggy path throughout the 18 holes.
Bridges
The bridges are now finished with the installation of the 2nd Bridge and the 9th Bridge, we will as
time allows remove the old bridge on the 9th and contour the banking, pathway and seed.
Practice Areas
We are installing some concrete platforms up on the range tee to incorporate some new level mats
alongside the range bays. We have also built two golf practice nets into the banking adjacent to the
car park area, this will be in use shortly with a few finishing touches to the area around the bay and
installing the padding over the frame work.
