Gym & Pilates
Our gym facilities include treadmills, a rower, bikes, cross trainers, fixed weights and a selection of stability training equipment for all major muscle groups and a selection of free weights.
There are no joining fees and subscriptions can be paid monthly
Pilates targets deep postural muscles and re-educates the body to move properly. Pelvic and spinal stability are essential to keeping the body strong, controlled and hopefully pain free.
Pilates is suitable for any age and ability and regular group or individual sessions are available.
